The mission of the church is to proclaim the Gospel of Christ to the whole world. To fulfil this mission, Christians seek to share their faith in a way that is relevant and sensitive to the local context. This raises several questions about presenting theological material targeting Arabic speakers: how far should we go to understand the context of people? How should that shape our message? What characterizes evangelical faith in the Middle East and North Africa? What should we be aware of when developing theology for the Arab culture? Panellists will present theoretical lenses that help us address these questions and more.
